Right of Withdrawal

Consumer

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be primarily attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Divers/no salutation Ancient Sounds, In der Haarwiese 33, 53773 Hennef, Phone number: 0157 54408957, Email address: contact@ancient-sounds.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely upon the commencement of the performance of the contract:

  • For contracts for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged your loss of the right of withdrawal due to the commencement of performance.
  • For contracts for the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, for which payment is required, if you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have received confirmation from us that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result of the commencement of performance.
